Job Profile:
• Full ownership for maximizing sales and ensuring market penetration withthe existing business, as well as actively pursuing new customers and developing new opportunities
• Providing clinical product education and training, and regular involvement in case planning and case support in the cath lab/operation theatre
• Responsible for driving local marketing initiatives

Skills & Experience:

• Proven sales background, preferably with a minimum of 2 years in the medical device sales arena
• Qualification in sales/marketing
• Degree education is a must - preferably in a science, technical or clinical discipline
• Understanding of surgical and interventional procedures and terminology is preferred
• Ability to absorb and impart technical information
• Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, power point
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Passionate and highly motivated to work in the Healthcare industry

Job Profile:
• Process orders, manage inventory and handle sales inquiries
• Monitor incoming shipment and update system. Process local, import and export orders and arrange shipment with forwarders
• Attend to customer’s enquiries and prepare quotations
• Match packing/delivery order and invoices
• Provide administrative and logistic support for product workshops or congress
• Provide administrative support – order brochures, CDs, clinical papers
• Book air-tickets, arrange visa, hotel accommodation
• Filing and mailing
• Assist as a communicating channel between regulatory consultant and relevant associates
• Manage inventory and conduct quarterly stock check with hospitals for consignment stock. Conduct internal stock check weekly
• Liaise with the distributors in Indian region for their requirement
• In emergency cases, be prepared to work longer hours and/or odd hours

Skills and Experience:

• Min 3 year's experience working in logistics/sales support role
• Experience in Healthcare industry preferred but not essential
• Good written and oral communication in English is a must
• Basic knowledge in accounting concepts
• Experience and knowledge in inventory management
• Experience and knowledge in working with distributors and agents preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft office – excel, word, power point
• Professional telephone manner
• Knowledge of basic ERP system - Tally is preferred
